All rating data comes from the Food Standards Agency's Open Data API, refreshed weekly from the FSA bulk feed. The data covers two parallel schemes: the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, scored 0 to 5; and the Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS) in Scotland, which reports Pass or Improvement Required. All data is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0 and remains Crown copyright. The authoritative record is at ratings.food.gov.uk.
Corrections
Spotted something wrong on this site? Email contact@foodhygieneratings.com. Verified display issues are corrected the same week, and verified removal requests are processed within 30 days. We mirror what the FSA publishes — we don't touch the underlying register. If the FSA record itself changes, our next weekly refresh picks it up automatically.
